Audio Homework Trouble Shooting
The audio recorder used in CS20.net needs ShockWave from Adobe Systems Inc. To trouble shooting Online Recorder is same as trouble shooting the correct installation of Shockwave on your local computer.

Key point: Right click on the MP3 player, and then do to "settings...", and select the microphone setting ...
Question #4: I recorded, but teacher says he/she does not receive my audio homework
Checkpoint #1: Did you replay and hear your recorded audio homework?
As a test, please record once and play back. This is to check that your microphone is ok, and the audio really can be recorded.
Checkpoint #2: Did you submit?
Or simply leave without press the "submit" button which is the "floppy" on the gith side of the recorder?
Checkpoint #3: Did you use your own account or your parent's accont?
Parent's account can see the lesson materials and the homeworks of students, but
everyone should submit homework with their OWN account.
You must login with your OWN account and submit.
Checkpoint #4: Did you record and submit to the right homework?
Teachers are continously posting more and more homework online. Please make sure you select the right lesson and the right homework.
Checkpoint #5: Did you registered the class for student or for yourself?
We did see some times that even parent add students into the family profile, but when register, they simply register te class under the
parent's account instead of the students. In this case, you can delete your self from the class and add the students in. Then you can do
ask students work ont he homwork with their account.
Question #5: Something in my computer might be wrong, I am going to reinstall the shcokwaver player.
Before you install new player, to UNSTALL the old one is suggested.
